AARP mag screws Jamie Lee Curtis

I think JLC looks amazing. She thinks she looks fine too and gave AARP an interview where she talked about gaining knowledge with age and not minding her grey hair and lines. But, AARP doesn't practice what they preach because they photoshopped the living Hell out of her. That's insulting. Why don't they go photograph Coco and leave Curits alone?

She looks great. I remember the photo she had taken of her in tight shorts and a bra. She was not in good shape and she knew it; but that was the point. People comfortable with themselves exude confidence. Todays drive through mentality and instant gratification lifestyle nips away at a person's full potential. Nothing easy is worth having. Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, and all the other self-entitled harpies have a better role model in Jamie Lee than in their own Mothers.

I love JLC's attitude! She embodies what it is to mature with grace & dignity and still maintain a sense of fun.

I dont know if they over shopped so much as they used some very creative & bright lighting to wash out the lines and smooth the over all complexion.

Withallduerespect, they might not have PSd her that much - or at all.

A head-on digital camera flash shot is usually very unflattering. It can show wrinkles and marks below skin level that literally can't be seen with the eye. A baby or young person who still has the fat layer under their skin will look fine. Everyone else needs great makeup and a village toiling over them just to look like themselves!

Like the 2nd anon says, in the AARP shot, it looks like she's got good makeup, good lighting, a good photog, and then they picked the best shot.

My favorite JLC movie - Trading Places. She's hot but real, Eddie Murphy hadn't met the trannies, and Dan Aykroyd - I miss him in those laugh-till-you-drool movies!!
