Well, I've lived a lot in my life. Actually, when I was 19, I was in the Army, in Seattle, during the Summer of Love, and Light My Fire was playing on the AM radio.
OK, so jer, you ARE older than me! And I'm OLD!!! I am DD's age! LOL! I was 14 when Joplin, Hendrix & Morrison all died. Bad, bad summer. They were dropping like flies. OMG! The Doors on AM? U kiddin' me? Haha!!! I listen to my Doors everyday. Just saw an awesome Doors Tribute Band play. Mojo Risin'. AMAZING!!! The lead singer has all the mannerisms down. Their wardrobe & equipment is all vintage & exact. The keyboard player is shockingly dead on. Look 'em up. They are from Cleveland. Knocked my sox off. I will go see them again! DD should post a video of them! They are great!
