Remembering Farrah

I've had the best time tonight watching old Farrah Fawcett movies on You Tube. The good ones are on there, you have to watch them in parts, but, I don't mind. If you'd like to see them again..here they are..
Farah plays an abused wife who had enough in "The Burning Bed." Part 1
Farrah as Diane Downs, a sociopath who shot her three children to get a man in "Small Sacrifices" Part 1
Farrah plays a rape and stalking victim who gets revenge in "Extremities" Part 1
If you're unfamiliar with You Tube just click the links and then look to the right and you'll see the next parts. Farrah was awesome.

  2. I loved her in Murder in Texas. I desperately wanted her riding boots with the pants tucked in. Sam Elliot was so menacing as the husband.

  4. I had heard a story about Farrah when she was in the play of I believe Extremeties, I did not check out the truth of it but if I remember correctly during the play theres a scene where she kind of beats up the guy who attacked her and she actually gave him a black eye (on accident of course) but the makeup people had to cover it up until it got to that scene again...Not sure if it is true or not but thought it was funny. Farrah was so far from being a "dumb blonde" an extremely intelligent person who was a very versatile actress.

  5. Connie, I just watched it, and the fight scenes were violent. It was not a stunt woman either. She really got into it.

  6. All excellent movies. For a while she was definitely the queen of the TV movie. I believe all those are true stories as well. I love all of them. Lifetime needs to run a Farrah marathon.

  8. Him & Tom Selleck do lots of voice-over work now. I love hearing Sam talk on a commercial. It's like velvet with some whiskey!
