The baby in the steet

On a dark night a bus driver comes to a screeching halt just inches from hitting..a baby in the street! OMG!
*
The child's mother says it was just an accident, that she WAS paying attention, but, she thought the kid was in the back room watching TV. WTF, since when do you leave an 8 month old up in the middle of the night to "watch TV"? The tiny girl wearing only a diaper crawled a long way and down some steps to get to the busy road. My heart nearly stopped when I watched THIS film.

  1. It was in San Antonio. The driver said it happened very late at night and that the Father came out of the house to get the kid. CPS took two other children from the house and is filing a case against the parents.
The Father did not even thank the driver. Grateful that a professional was driving the bus, and not texting his girlfriend.

  2. The father was in the film grabbing the baby. He looked like a winner.

  3. Oh my goodness ! People think more about
where they place their handbag or jacket than
who is watching the baby ?! TV is never a
babysitter an 8 month old should never be left
unattended whilst awake. Unflipping real ! Kiki :/

Ungrateful indeed ! Glad the CPS is investigating them.
They may lose custody of all their children. Kiki :/

  5. thank goodness someone was looking out for that child. Other than the parents. I'm glad to see nothing happened to that child.

WTF: The father didn't even want to thank the driver? How pathetic. I hope those parents WAKE UP and pay attention.

  6. hahaha! Good one dash-cam! Busted! No, the dad didnt want to get asked any questions or be seen by anyone. So he hi-tailed it back in the damn house. But the driver had to report it anyways and the dash-cam doesnt lie! The dad had no idea he was being filmed. He was probably thinking it wouldnt get reported. I hope they do lose their kids. Dumbasses! They were probably in the house effing, making more babies when this happened. Some people do not need to be procreating. Little Mexican babies always look like they are wearing baby wigs to me!!! Poor baby, could have been killed. I hope they get a hard ass judge.

  9. I watched this on Inside Edition the other night. My heart nearly stopped too! I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It really bothered me the way the dad snatched the child up and practically ran away from the bus driver. I feel really sorry for that child.

  10. That is just terrible. Poor baby.

Glad the bus driver was able to stop in time. Wow, imagine how horrifying it would be to be driving and seeing a baby in the road. This is clearly the fault of the parents for not watching their own baby, but the bus driver would have felt so terrible and guilty if they hadn't been able to stop.

  11. LOL! She said it's like they're not paying attention? WTH babies doing up so late?? My kids are in bed by 8, period. She pissed me off for some reason. Cleary, they did NOT pay attention! Whatever. But I'm glad baby is ok. And daddy is jerk. If it was my baby, I will kiss the driver's ass.

  12. I know that it must have really shocked and scared the dad that the baby was out there in front of a bus, but to run away without thanking the driver profusely is inexcusable.
They are also lucky that no-one just stopped and picked the baby up and drove on. They could have lost her either way, and no, mom, this couldn't just happen to anyone. At eight months, this baby should have been supervised. . .closely. Clearly they are at fault.

  13. This is just a crazy story.

Let me qualify this by saying that I don't have children. I would imagine that most kids this age are in bed by 8pm the latest and for an active kid, the mom isn't going to be far behind, especially if she's chasing after 3 kids all day long. I could see a little kid (not 8 months old) climbing out of bed & out of the house. A neighbor's child did that very thing & was playing in the snow in their pajamas. My mom brought him back inside. Some doors don't have keyed locks on both sides & some kids are too smart for their own good.

My cousin put his 2 year old son down for a nap in his crib and was watching the 2 older kids on the main level of the house. A neighbor warned him that the son was out on the roof! He had climbed out of his crib & then out the window onto the roof of the porch. All ended well thank god.

  14. I'm more surprised that the fire ants didn't carry the baby away. They are everywhere in Central Texas.

  15. I hate Texas. I'd rather burn in hell than go back to Texas. No offense, but, it's true.
