That editor should be fired. Those kids are all kinds of cute as they are without being 'fixed'. They probably had to plaster those smiles on their sweet faces. And you're right, Kate looks shopped-in. She never smiles like that when her kids are around her.
What a horrible picture. Reminds me of the office episode where Michael Scott wants a happy (family) work picture and pays someone who does photo ID pictures $20 per shot to try to get it. He ends up photoshopping virtually every person in the office into the picture because everyone is cranky/spaced out or whatnot. It looks like a number of the kids have been photoshopped, and Kate, as well. She looks really thick around the middle, also. Just a weird picture. Uncomfortable to look at.
Oh goody, more crap about how Kate is just a regular struggling single mom who'd be happy to work at Dairy Queen to support her kids.
What the hell happened to "People" magazine? It used to be awesome. It had a sense of humor. Now all it does is kiss ass. All I can figure is that with all the snarky, celebrity-bashing gossip blogs out there, "People" decided they couldn't compete and went the other way instead. A shame.

lol miss tia & DD!!! Somehow I think those kids would love to be released into the wild where they can actually get dirty. They all need to rebel one day, run out & roll around in the grass while kate shrieks until she passes out. Yeah, okay, they should just keep running, screw the lawn & keep going out the gate, find a lawyer & get emancipated from that succubus.
In real life Cara is about a full head taller than Mady, clearly in the photo shopped world of kate/TLC/People, she's not.
Brett Michaels is near death twice, that beast gets the cover & he gets some little weenie pic up in the corner! If you're going to photo-shop it that much then why not just put in complete children that you want there, it's not like kate will notice, so long as there are 8. It could be any 8, you could probably but child mannequins in or some of the cast from the Wizard of Oz & kate wouldn't notice.

She was the only one on DWTS who demanded a bodyguard and still was invited back--it was certainly not for her dancing skills. She obviously sells magazines for PEOPLE, she has been on their cover toooo many times, Photoshopped or not!
And to that I will say that seeing her picture anywhere on the cover of a magazine is a very clear signal to me, not to buy it. Thanks, People, for making that signal so clear in this case. I won't buy your magazine. Special side note to TLC---because of shows such as the one about the Gosselins, my family no longer watches your network. Ever.
Joel, to me, looks like another child. I don't recognize him. CJ, I'm beginning to think it won't end, at least in my lifetime! How much longer CAN she sell shows, magazines, etc?

Could they of made the kids look older than they already are? Its only been a few days or months since these kids were on tv. Not years.
