I love it when snooty celebs tweet and other tweeters call them on their bullshit. It must be horrifying and shocking for the celebs, after being surrounded by Yes Men who constantly tell them how wonderful they are. Kids on Twitter are not Yes Men!
The best was when Jim Carrey tweeted about how it was Elin Woods' fault that Tiger cheated on her (!!!!) and was bombarded with people saying things like "Shut up u asshole!" I bet Jim almost had a heart attack. I'm sure nobody in Hollywood has dared talk to him like that in years! And no surprise, he shut down his account right afterwards!
That was amusing. I don't 'get' twitter. I had an account just to see what it was about, and I started following some interesting people, but then I got requests to follow me and...well...i have nothing interesting to tweet about. (Got up early. Poured coffee at work. Went to bed early) So I shut it down. I can follow Crabbie on his website. Even though he hates his readers which he admits to on live blogs when he's been drinking. lol
Yeah I tried Twitter and I just do not have that much to talk about. And when you do have something to talk about you have to split it up into multiple tweets. eh! She was funny but the mouse voice annoys me.
My grown kids both each had Twitter & have both stopped with it too. It will blow up ur phone too. Its non-stop. It drove them both nuts. Demi Twittered her bikini bod on there and the same day news came out that Ashton was cheating on her with a young 20 something blonde. It was bound to happen. Also, its getting close to being busted out that John Travolta is a closeted gay. 'Bout time!! Supposedly, what is going to come out is going to make Tiger Woods look like a Boy Scout! I have known that sh** for years. Of course it's going to come out eventually. When you never get caught, you start getting sloppy & then "bam" its all over the news. Am waiting for this thing to 'splode! rox
