Seriously cute spider. HERE. I know, you'll say, fuck you, DD. But, I dare you to go look at it and say it's not cute because the little mother fucker is cute as a gnats wrist watch. And it waves.
Ok. I was a big girl and took a look. Still had to hold my phone at arms length in case it jumped out at me. Begrudgingly I will have to admit that there is a cuteness about it. Never thought I could say that an about a spider.
I don't know if I'd go that far. LOL. The jumping spiders ARE cute though. They've taken over my kitchen. Mine are blue eyed. I catch them and take them out. I think they come right back, but, I just can't stomp something that cute.
Anon, most spiders have 8 eyes. Some have more, but, usually it's 8. They see well. Those two things in front are palps, they work like hands. And grossly, sperm depositors when mating. The protrusions on top, I forget what they're called, but, they work like sensors. They help him gage height when he's going under something. Other spiders probably like them too. Like a peacocks tail or a punk rocker with a mowhawk. Ha.
I like his punk hairstyle. But I would have liked to have seen him jump. I have one spider I watch outside the window by my comp. I watch him because of you, Pat. See, you do teach us stuff.
