Angry Boys (official trailer HBO)
HBO's Angry Boys..starring, yep, Chameleon Chris Lilley. I watched it all yesterday and man, he blows me away. It's such a clear look into how the youth of the Internet generation thinks and dreams. The idiot rapper, the idiot twins (the idiot deaf kid), the idiot surfer, the idiot mother of the skater king. That's my favorite, Timmy's mom. Jesus, talk about a tiger mom. "Teeem, you rittel shit. You gay, Teeem! You hea me, you gay! Fuck you haad, Teeem, I kirr mysef." Yeah, I don't know why I find that so funny, but, I do. Lissa hates her, she yells at the screen for someone to save Tim from his tiger mother. Not suitable for her, you say? Ehh, her whole life isn't suitable for young children. I doubt Chris Lilley will ruin her future.
OMG, Look what I found. It's all Tim's mom, The Best Of Jen Okazaki. She's the most controlling tiger mother in the world.

I am obsessed with Chris Lilley, my boyfriend does this impression of "Mr. G" that makes me die laughing. My favorite part of Angry Boys is Tim's mom as well, I loved "gay dog" lmao . S'mouse is a close second lol. I just heard the other day he is taping a new series called "Jonah from Tonga", I'm so excited to see that! Have you seen his first series? It's hard to find but I found it streaming somewhere online by googling "We can be heroes" it's called. That's where a lot of his characters got their start.
You're boyfriend sounds cool as hell. Yeah, I think I've seen all of his stuff. I think he's so cute and talented. Jonah wasn't my fav though. I like it when he does women or Mr G. That Mr G reminds me so much of closeted people I'v known in theatre or art. I laugh so hard. Remember his GD musical to the dead student? She had bad habit, bad habit for drugs. Oh, if only she's listened to Mr G! LMAO!
It killed me. I remember when everyone was trying to 'be an ice cream' from A Chorus Line. Idiots.
That looks hilarious! Dammit, stuff comes so late to Canada. Probably won't see that stuff til next year.
I read somewhere that Chris Lilly was a teacher at some point. I wonder how many of his characters are based on the kids he taught.

Loved Angry boys and the last 5 mins of that show was sooo great…I watched that part over and over again, yes, I am a dork. but it was awesome. Lilley composed all the music himself.
He's a genius! Love his shows; have you seen Ja'mie: Private School Girl?
