Facebook? Noooooooo!!!! Don't go there. Talk about trolls. It's a clusterphuck. I quit about 3-4 yrs ago. It's really not worth the stress. But enjoy it if u must. Lost family & friends will find you too. Then you can ooh and aww at their grand baby pictures! Lol. Have fun. U might like it. Briefly. 😁

The fact that you are on there makes me want to go there, too, but I find it infinitely depressing, so probably not.
I quit a year ago last November because it was taking up too much time and I found all the details of other peoples lives, where they were going and what they were doing to be too much for me when my mom was dying.
I hope you enjoy it, though. I think a lot of people do.

You can also make ur profile private. U can block ppl. I did that, a lot. You will have to block ur troll. Absolutely. I would do that immediately.

Don't do FB. I hate seeing how happy/sad everyone says they are. I don't care. Sounds mean doesn't it. I do have a profile but it's just to see what my son is up to. Also to see how many drag queens will friend me. I don't know why so don't ask, but I got a few and looking for more.

I dumped my FB 7 months ago and haven't looked back. I only had family on my friends list. This younger bunch, even though they were my neices and nephews, all think that what they have to say must be broadcast. "Oh look, I got a hair cut" or the "baby spit up today." Who the fuck cares? This shit was constant. I just don't get this "pay attention to me" attitude. They all act like they're starved for attention.

As far as finding lost friends, if I haven't seen someone in 25 years, why would I want to "friend" them now? Once FB changed their terms to where you can now be found whether you want to be or not was enough for me.

I like FB. It's pretty well my only social interaction throughout the day and that works well for me. I sent you a friend request.

I love that I can spy on my kids' friends through their pages. They probably don't know that I do that, but I totally do.

I fought Facebook for YEARS and only got into it just recently. It's kinda fun if you ONLY friend people you actually know and want to follow. You can always unfollow anyone who bores you or who you don't care about and you can ignore friend requests from random people.

I sent you a friend request Pat and also a message.

I for one am excited you are in FB. Now you can see all my pics and vids that you couldn't get thru your email. It is kind of obnoxious when ppl post everything little thing that is going in in their lives, but you can customize your privacy settings and make it so you don't see their posts. Or you can just unfriend.

I like it! With privacy controls you can determine who (or what) can see your business. I have found many an old friend there. Use it positively and it will be a positive thing for you. I block anyone who I clearly do not want to communicate with (and set my privacy to only friends may see my page.) I would suggest you immediately block you-know-who. Give it a whirl; you can always delete the account if you don't dig it. x0

I got conned into joining fb by some friends about 5 years ago. I use a "fake" name, because there's too many creeps and weirdos on the Net. I have family and friends on my list, but mainly people I added for gaming and shared interest groups. I've actually made some really nice friends there, but I don't put up with stupidity or idiots. I block and delete perverts and people who do nothing but bloody whine all the time. You can control your experience there. I "like" a lot of interesting pages so I can kill time reading informative articles, but I mainly just have fun with people I've gotten to know there...and with people I actually know.

Yay! I don't actually mind Facebook. I don't have too many friends and I'm quick to 'unfriend' people although that has only happened twice. I got rid of a Right to Life person and another overly religious person but the rest are friends and family both here and overseas. All lovely people. I love being in contact with my family in Holland most of whom I have never met, there is no way I'd be up to date with them and their lives if it wasn't for Facebook! I would never take any shit on Facebook, maybe that's why it works so well for me. I've sent you a friend request. I would love to be your Facebook friend!.

Facebook beat you to it!!! They "recommended" you to me yesterday as a possible friend based on, I think, a mutual friend we have from here. I'll send you a request today.
