Reese unveiled the Avon Women’s Empowerment Necklace. Are you kidding me with this fucking junk? Let me go twist a paper clip into something cool. I find it empowering.

The bracelets were blue & silver & sold for 5 bucks with the proceeds going to organizations that funded shelters and helped abused women & their children get back on their feet, get jobs &/or training for a job.

The infinity symbol was to remind women going through those seemingly endless dark times that we are all connected & they aren't alone in it, they aren't broken that they hold a wealth of strenght even if they can't see it right now. Life will go on, things get better & so will they.

I don't care if the symbol for that is a 5 cent scrap pf tinfoil. At least Avon is involved in various womens issues & invests millions. More then i can say about alot of other corporations who's base market is women.

yet avon's ceo is a man....

though, yes, it is good they are trying to empower women...

Doesn't matter the CEO's gender, given our buisness climate 9 out of 10 chances it's going to be a man, however Andrea Jung is president & chief executive officer of Avon Products Inc.

But theres 100's of big name companys who's base, target market is women who aren't involved in womens issues.

Over and above the proactive empowerment, safety & health of women, it just makes good business sense in the long run because we all know if a woman is earning and feeling good about herself, she spends money on these products and services.

For the most part, I have always found Jerry's comments to be refreshing and interesting.
You, however, Eliza, must have emotional and social difficulties that are beyond repair.
