The Gnome (short fim, part 1)

The Gnome, part2

Good short film. Sometimes you find friends in unexpected ways. Sometimes you have to decide who the Gnome is.

DD- I've been gone for a few days & I've just started getting caught up on my reading when I came across your page talking about your son visiting you. It always baffles me when some dumbass reading a story about "a mom that has lost her child & has a episode occur that makes her feel he knows she's been having a hard time & is trying to let her know I'm visually gone, but spiritually VERY much still here & that he loves her", that the dumbass reader of said story feels the need to post shit like this "Anonymous Anonymous said...i guess i'm the only person who doesn't believe in this at all.
July 15, 2009 6:51:00 PM" You not believing in this is no surprise to me at all. You & all the other losers that "don't believe in this" don't understand alot it seems. Not believing in this isn't your crime. It's the need to let a grieving mother, that's openly been having a hard time with her grief, know that the happiness she had is something you don't believe in. You couldn't let her have that moment? I believe with every fiber of my being that Eric needed to let her know,"You can't see me,but I am here." But OH NO 6:51 you & your friends couldn't let that stand, you had to throw your 2 cents in. Well DD,I'm gonna throw mine in. That was your son! And as long as you keep believing that,he'll be with you forever! People like 6:51 & it's followers will never experience it,because "miracles can't visit a closed mind". I love you even more for sharing it with us!

I loved this. I think some folks live their whole life as a gnome. The lucky gnomes find someone to drag them around and pose them in different experiences in the hopes that they might wake up. The un-lucky ones spend an entire lifetime sitting on the lawn dreaming silent dreams.

The guys were awake and living their turths with enough heart to help a sleeper, aka gnome.

Their energies helped her to awaken...

Sometimes sitting next to a gnome is like looking in the mirror. If an alarm sounds loudly enough you can stand up and shed the gnome-ness and begin to live...

Well said Nina and 10doll,

Thanks for the video Pat. Amanda is mired in the crap that holds people down. I wrote about shedding ego and living in the moment yesterday because we struggle with our own feelings and other people's selfish needs the moment we awake, and it prevents us from being true to ourselves.

Take care.

My computer is still f'd up. For some reason the sound driver won't install so I can't hear it, only watch. But I love Lauren Graham, so I bet it's good...

You are sweet 10 Doll. I know how you feel. And I thank you for saying that. I don't think I could have said it better. I fear what people like that will be left with in the wake their own tragedies, because I do believe in karma. I could never do what they did..and neither could you, my friend. (And they call us bitches?)

You created Eric's energy Pat, and the face kids pray to at night is that of their Mother's. I bet he will make himself known anytime you need him. As in the green guitar pick, "with the band" message, lamp flicker etc.

Passing is different than leaving.
