Casper's Arizona yard is green and she still has oranges on her tree! She went to the nursery and picked out some new flowers and succulents..and yes, it did cheer me up. Thanks, Casper. It really is a beautiful place. I love the white wall around it.

even though its a dry hot. I'm thinking of moving to AZ. Great photos casper.
Great photos, and I must say that I am green with envy. Here in Sweden we have snowbanks upon snowbanks....
Hi Casper I've been to Mesa az and the
grand canyon I love your state too :) Kiki
Pat...I'm so glad to see you feel well enough to do some posting.
Take care of yourself and remember to eat properly.
Casper...we are warm in La., but the only green I see right now is me with envy. What a beautiful lawn!
I take that back, we do have some greenery---the weeds are very healthy!
Beautiful pics. I am so jealous! I am SO looking forward to spring and summer and cannot wait to see flowers blooming...and even though I hate mowing grass, I will love seeing it grow.
I wish I could say that I am green with envy here, but there ain't no green to be had!
"I am white with envy" just doesn't seem to have the same ring to it though :(
Great pics, beautiful yard/trees/flowers - you give me hope that those too will be in my life again!
As much as I love snow I needed a bit of greenery. Planted a little
mini rose this week just to sit in
the kitchen. Your lawn is lovely,
Casper.
i'm not sure what that green stuff on ground is, but i like it!!!
:)
We had a bit of Spring today. It was sunny and hit 50 deg F. Of course it was so wonderful and it is going to be ruined by the snow that is coming this week!
I looked at the tree again. That's one big orange tree. I really had no idea they got that big!
On a totally different note. I think I have a dead, rotting mouse in my wall. Does anyone have any idea how long this smell should last? This ia really a bad smell!!!

Yes it is! I had a rat die in one of our houses in Florida. It was horrible and it lasted about three weeks. My kid was visiting his Grammy then, so he wasn't here, thank goodness and I tried all sorts of stuff to get rid of the smell but the only thing that actually helped was time. I could not reach it without tearing out part of the wall, and believe me, I almost did.
In South Florida the rats breed in the palm and other trees. Many of the houses have palms planted close to the house to help with natural cooling. Obviously there are some risks with that practice, namely rats.
Hopefully someone else here will have some ideas for you! I sympathize with you for sure!
Green! Forgot what that looked like. Thanks for the reminder, Casper. : )
That was so refreshing! We are still looking at snow and now it's dirty snow so everything looks drab. I hope spring is around the corner!
