I grew up on R&B, but when I met Michael (husband), he opened up another world of music. Janis was one of the first that I fell in love with. A totally unique voice! Loved everything she did!
When I think of Janis, Jimi comes to mind! Two big losses to music and to the world. Both troubled souls and so many followed---too many!!! I miss them all!

That is one of my favorite songs. I wish Janis was still alive. That would be amazing! I wish I could have seen her live.
