Gillian Anderson was offered half of what David Duchovny would get to remake The X Files. As a huge X Files fan, I am pretty stoked to see the new show, but, if they had paid her Dana Scully half of his Foxx Mulder, I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it. These two are equal partners. If Mulder had no skeptic to bounce his wacky ideas off of, what the fuck would the show be? Just Mulder running around yelling about aliens and ghosts? Anyhow, Gillian smiled and stuck to her guns. She will now be paid the same amount as Duchovny. I do hope she goes back to red hair though. I hate the blond.

I love Mulder and Scully.
Is it just me, or is she looking younger and happier? She is always gorgeous. After studying the picture, I agree with you. The red is better on her. It's splitting hairs, though (no pun intended). She looks beautiful with both.
In the past week I've watched Fight the Future, and whatever the other one was, so I feel up to speed for the show. It's been too long without reruns of the original series. X-Files was one of the best shows on TV. I've really missed it.
