Everyone's always asking how Katie carries that kid around in heels. The answer is..not much better than us muggles. She twisted her foot shopping in Paris and went down. Suri and Katie were both fine, just a bit of a skinned knee. You'd think when you pay 3 grand for a pair of shoes they'd hold you up. Guess not. Payless anyone? I hear there's a two for one sale.

Love that baby doll! Her mom sacrificed her knee to keep her baby safe,any good mommy would do the same... unlike Brit that wouldn't drop her coffee while falling. God forbid she'd lose a drop of caffeine! Who cares if the baby hits the deck, right Brit?
That little girl is just too precious, I would take her and love as my own LOL Those are cute shoes Kate, too big your big awkward legs couldnt hold up in them lol
