I was thinking it's her dress unraveling too. This is a chick who would wear a dress thats falling apart & it does look like it is. If it's a tampon string, that means she isn't wearing panties while on her period & thats gross as well.
Strings can fall out of the side of underwear, I've had it happen, just not out in public...it was in the comfort of my own home while I had my gown on....but I digress....
