Makes me curious..

It's too easy to hate the French. China wants to kill us, the French think we want to kill ourselves, if Marion Cotillard is any indication of attitudes. You have to say her name like a French person, like on TV..MaryAhn Coat..aei..Ard. Roll that in the back of your throat like you're hacking up a lugie. Anyhow she thinks we planned 9/11 ourselves to save on renovation costs.
*
"I think we're lied to about a lot of things. It was a money-sucker because they were finished, it seems to me, by 1973, and to re-cable all that, to bring up-to-date all the technology and everything, it was a lot more expensive, that work, than destroying them."
*
Oh, come on MaryAhn..we're Americans, we like blowing shit up and we don't need a conspiracy to do it. But, I'm curious..how does what she said make YOU feel??

There are so many unanswered questions about 9/11 which the official version doesn't address. If a nation could be taken to war on the basis of manufactured intelligence, its hard to suspend disbelief and blindly accept whatever the administration says on something as important as 9/11.

Fabricated evidence of what?. It has been the position of the US since Bill Clintonmade it US policy to remove Saddam. All intelligence services domestic and abroad agreed on the yellowcake issue in Niger, as well as the obtuse attitude the former Mr. Hussein took with inspectors. Look at the UN/Iran reactor debacle.
Ask SAndy Berger what evidence he shredded from the archives. Popular Mechanics addressed the questions regarding the physics behind the conspiracy theories.
Why won't Gore debate Global Warming? What about the Emergency rooms going out of business in Texas and other border states because of our free health care to illegals policy. Those are questions.

Bush I wanted to remove Saddam....Bush II even invoked "he tried to kill my daddy"....

The US let Pearl Harbor be bombed so they could join WWII, they knew about it in advance but let it happen so the americans would be outraged and demand they join the war...

this is common practice, unfortunately...

there's unanswered questions about Roswell, JFK, Martin Luther King, RFK, etc....the gub'ment lies to us...

i agree with some kind of conspiracy theory re: 9/11...i don't think it was to rebuild them though....i think it was to get into a war with the ultimately Iraq....

She's not the only one questioning authority. The emperor has no clothes on and a lot of people are willing to say so.
The French are intelligent and political. They are raised that way and are much less ethnocentric than North Americans probably because they've been surrounded by several other cultures for thousands of years. Unfortunately, DD, sneering at people doesn't make them inferior to others.

The French also have no identity, like much of Europe. I attended school in Austria and England, and while it is wonderful to romanticize about a perfect world; the fact is that as long as there are beurocrats and zemstvos trying to dictate what is best for the masses, the little people will never be able to lkive peacefully. The nanny system that Europe lives under is a Socialist Pan-European system of subsidies and allotments that rely on broken strategies. The Euro wiped out remaining sense of identity trying to make Europe one and the same.

Bush 41 never went to stop Saddam. We stopped at the Kuwaiti border and left the Shiite defenseless to be thrown off buildings and tortured by the fedayin Saddam. French being ethnocentric and unable to fold the violent dissatisfied Muslim youth is the reason why there are HUNDREDS of cars burned there at night. Yeah. They are really smart politically and that's why the people that conquer them build great monuments to the ease with which the Maginot line and countless other botched srategies wew circumvented. Vive le mediocrity!!

Oh please.
There's nothing conspiracy theorists *can't* twist, that's why they'll always be -and deservedly so- a big fat joke for anyone who actually understands how critical thinking works. And since CTs don't require actual evidence to support their ludicrous claims, for you know, the Government/Devil/Whatever has already destroyed or hidden every shred of it, the circus can go on forever. Which is the whole point of course.

Witness the laughable "moon hoax" claims that resurface with each new generation of gullible dimwits. Never mind that not a single one of the thousands of scientists all over the world who have been part directly or indirectly of the Moon missions, either by actual involvement or by examination and study of the data and materials collected, have ever found a reason to question their legitimacy.

Good thing we have Oscar winner Marion Cotillard to set the record straight in these scientific and political matters.

I think that that is about the worst conspiracy theory I have ever heard. I'm not saying a conspiracy wasn't involved, but this is ridiculous.

For that matter, why didn't Eisenhower allow Patton to kick Russia's ass all the way to oblivion and take over Russia?
Is there a overriding authority telling the superpowers what to do?
Think it has anything to do with economics?
Eh?

WHAT? If we just wanted to blow shit up for fun we would go to France and blow them up. And if she truly believes that bull shit than why didnt we evacuate the building first? We "Americans" just felt like killing our own people? I hate the French.

Okay, its not showing the full URL, so go here:
http://www.americanrhetoric.com/ and look at the left side and click on "Movie Speeches".
Then click "Movie Speeches M-R" in the middle of that page.
Then click on " Arthur Jensen Pitches New World Order to Howard Beale", under the "Network" heading, in the middle of the page.
There's audio, too.
Sorry about that.
It sure would be easier if Blogger would just let you post URLs in their entirety.
...or, at least, links.

Anyone who has ever been to Normandy can attest to the level of respect given to the grounds filled with headstones of incredibly brave men. Locals speak of the debt of gratitude owed an entire generation of Americans at home and fighting two fronts (Europe and the Pacific)while women worked at home in factories to get the weapons to the men. That is my favorite thing about being American and serving in my beloved Marine Corps.

I don't doubt that our government lies to us, but not to this extent! This French imbecile needs that Oscar grabbed right away from her and stuck up her nostrils. I am not going by fact. Just feelings!

Are there people who really get pleasure out of this type of issues?

9/11.. it's about oil and I guess your gouvernement think it was a small "price to pay" to invade oil rich country's...
They worked with the Taliban to fight agains Russia (gas) at first.
Your gouvernement lies over and over to you. He better took care of his people (health insurance?) instead of making a mess of what america is today. They made only more enemies and breed terrorist with this, not less.
