New Years timeline in Nick and Vanessa from USmag...
Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo’s first New Year’s Eve together was one to remember -- or, in the case of Minnillo, not remember.
The MTV Total Request Live host drank a little too much champagne, accidentally dropped an f-bomb while live on the air, and wore on her honey's nerves as the night went on.
-- 12 a.m. With glasses of champagne in hand, Nick, 33, and Vanessa, 26, canoodle and toast 2007 at MTV’s live New Year’s Eve party.
-- 12:20 a.m. As Vanessa introduces a performance by Ciara to end the show, she accidentally says the word "f--king" on the air (see NSFW video here).
When the segment is over, an embarrassed Vanessa goes to the MTV cue card holder and asks if they were able to censor it because of the six-second delay on the broadcast. "Oh my god. Did they get it?” she asks. “In the four years I've been here..."
-- 1:44 a.m. Nick, Vanessa and their huge entourage arrive at the Joonbug.com party at
Marquee in a black SUV with Vanessa sitting on the Nick's lap because there isn't space for everyone in the car. The former Miss Teen USA is wearing backless mini-dress with a plunging neckline, and the couple of eight months holds hands while they walk into the club.
The gang heads to a VIP booth and Vanessa begins sucking down glass after glass of champagne. Soon her eyes are half closed, her head rolling around.
She keeps opening her legs and the ladies in her entourage physically shut them for her. Vanessa then straddles Nick and makes out with him passionately while her short skirt rides up.
She later falls off of the booth and into the recesses of the furniture. Her crew helps her up while Nick watches in stony silence, unamused by her antics.
Then..

-- 3:35 a.m. Vanessa takes Nick's beer and chugs it, while some of the beer runs down her face and neck. As the group gets ready to leave, an unsteady Vanessa tries to stand up but she falls down into the booth. Nick starts to pay the bill, and Vanessa digs into her wallet puts a wad of cash in her mouth and jokingly starts waving it around.Vanessa's girlfriends take the cash from her mouth and distribute tips to the beleaguered staff.
-- 4:23 a.m. Vanessa's pals help her out the back entrance of the club while Nick ignores her and talks on his cell phone. As Vanessa is poured into the car, Nick climbs into the back seat and avoids her.

Sorry for the CnP, but, what could I add to that? If you've ever watched Newlyweds, you know when Nick gets silent, the fights going to be huge. Hey, it was New Years, it's not like Vanessa's a drunken parody every single day, like others we know. But, when she is a drunken parody..I'm happy.

I sure hope for his sake if he decides to ask her to marry him, that this one will last.
I do agree though, everyone, even celebrities is entitled to drink a bit too much the odd time and make an ass out of yourself and I hope this is an isolated incident.
One thing I have noticed and it was the same with Jessica, when a woman is out with Nick, they usually are walking holding hands but the women are always walking behind him. Not sure what that means but I always find it looks odd like they aren't equal

Yeah it's ok to screw up once in a while and splurge with your alcohol. The vast majority of us has done it, so what, as long as is not an everyday thing. But public figures need to be extra careful, everything backfires at them. I hope Nick lectures her and they work it out, they look truly happy with each other.
oh, wow, she slipped the f-bomb. so did bono, and what a row that started. last night on the local cbs channel, in between commercials during the break, one of the local guys from the tv studio must have hit the wrong button, and gave us about 3.5 seconds of good, rock solid, doggy style with titties swinging, mid-orgasm porn. the blonde bitch was screaming "yes yes yes" and dude looked like he was about to let fly. too bad they caught it, we almost got the money shot. im sure somebody lost their job over that shit...watching porn in the control booth.
