Hilary Swank has been getting some flack, bad press, and controversy for her role as a teacher, in Freedom Writers, because the actress never graduated from high school. OMFG! Did Tom Hanks live alone on an island for 4 years? Does Dakota Fanning own a talking pig? It's called..A FRIGGIN' MOVIE. Gawd, I'm so sick of morons. If stupid people want to talk we must pass an international law that stipulates they can only talk to each other or be locked away in a dungeon forever.

Damn it must be a slow news week over there to try and make a story out of that. She wasn't really gang raped and murdered (quick call the Academy - does Oscar know about this?!?) or a female boxing champion either :O
If anything all the critics are doing is highlighting reasons why one need not bother to finish high school.
If I wanted reality I would hardly bother to shell out 20 bucks for a movie ticket when I could look out my window now would I?
