I thought Ellen did a great job of hosting. I really enjoyed her little bits like taking a photo with Clint Eastood and asking Martin to snap it, and her vacuuming under the audiences feet. She was cute and funny. I'm so happy to find out I took her Valentines Day speach wrong..she's still with Portia de Rossi, they looked gorgeous in matching midnight blue.
Was Ellen really the first lesbian host? How would they know that?

I was a bit dissappointed in her choice of outfits. Yes I knew she would be in pants, and probably velvet is a classy, richy thing to wear but I just think it lacked something.
She looks nice in the blue one matching Portia though.
I am a suit person. I love suits, and I loved Ellen's outfits last night. IA with crystal, the matching blue outfits looked very nice.
I would have gone with a real long jacket though.

I love Ellen but I think that last night she was not at her best, as if she had instructions to "watch what you say". She looked great in the suits tho, they are "Ellenish" :)
Portia looked gorgeous, I loved her hair, just a sleek ponytail, perfect perfect perfect.
