Grey's Anatomy star, Kate Walsh, is set to do her own show, a spinoff of Greys. The show is set to air in May. I likes me some Kate Walsh, she's one of the more interesting people on that show, but, I hope they keep it more grounded. I don't want to see Kate exploded or drowned every week. As for Meredith Grey...do we really need a spoiler to tell us she lives? I mean the show is called GREYS Anatomy. Doh, yeah, I know about the text book, but, come on. Let's not even pretend we're that slow. That's what they want..they want to suck our brain out and keep it in a jar in the the Nielsen ratings office.

DD - totally with you on this one. i've been a fan of grey's since the very night it premiered, when it was an intelligent, engaging hour of television. i felt completely patronized watching the last episode. grey's - please please please don't jump the shark on us! we look forward to our thursday nights!!! shonda rimes i hope you're reading this...
There ya go. I feel the same way. Once I was feeding my brain with cool entertainment..now I lose brain cells by watching. Sad.
I don't know about the spinoff...I mean I like ADDY, but the thing is that all the characters interaction with each other is what makes the whole show and it is what makes up the characters' "life". For what I read, she is doing this because she has 12 main characters and it is impossible for each one to have their own storyline every week. I don't know if this would work.
Who cares about Meredith, just let me look at McDreamy for an hour.... :)
