The Blow spent her first rehab free weekend having a blast at clubs like Teddys and Winstons. No one caught her drinking though. Seen here, heading home in the early morning hours, she looks so sweet and straight, it's almost like seeing her in Parent Trap again. Ahem. Cough.

I don't know much about rehab, but I would think you should play cool from the bars for awhile?
If she wants to show people she has changed, I think she needs to clean up her act totally and just stay out of places she actually isn't even old enough to be in.
