Why don't girls know how to get out of a car, anymore? Adjust dress before exiting. Legs together. Swing both legs, pressed together, out the door. Feet on ground. One hand on front of dress and one hand on the car seat, scoot forward a bit. If the car is low slung, put out hand and wait for date/friend/doorman to help you. If you are on your own, wear pants. Dignified exit, every time.
