Today, samples of DNZ from Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn Smith were taken and the results will be in about four days from now. Howard K. Stern did not have to give a sample since his name is on the birth certificate. Hey, don't bitch at me, that's the law. Anyhow, if the samples match, Larry can then fight for custody. What's your bet here?

The baby does not belong biologically to either of them. (of course never was thought to be Stein's....like he really wants to raise a baby, especially someone else's....OOPS! forgot half billion is involved. Yep, bring the brat on)
I have always been rooting for Larry and I don't really know why lol.
I just think and it is only from what I have read that he truly loved Anna Nicole Smith and truly beleives the baby is his. He didn't start this fight after she died so I don't imagine he was going for money because he wouldn't get it that way - it seems like he wants to know if the baby is his and if so be part of her life. Now that the mother is gone, if he is the father then I think he should raise her and I beleive all her fortunes would be in a trust fund till she reaches legal age.
I totally agree with Crystal. Larry seems like the only decent person in this whole mess and i do genuinely believe he cares for Dannielynn
