With her bug glasses and that hat she looks the part of a 40's film star which I'm sure wasn't her intention, but, it works. The dress is nice, she looks pulled together for once....UNTIL you look at the hem. You guys may think I'm just insane, but, here's the deal. On anyone else you'd believe it was just raw edged fabric from the designer. On Britney Spears it's her attacking a dress with a pair of scissors because it's too long and doesn't show enough leg. It tells me she still wants what she wants right friggin' now and will do whatever she pleases to make herself happy. Yes, it's a small thing. But, she's not well yet.

gotta say i dig the raw edge. IMHO if brit did the trimming, it would look completely jacked. don't think it was her stamp on the dress...
She looks like holy hell, as usual. And, since she cuts all her other dress hems, you can bet she did this one, too. Vicki T
I don't like the dress at all. I don't think it suits her and the hem just looks weird to me.
She is far from being healthy.
have to disagree vicki! no doubt she has not presented well in public during many other outings, but she looks fine here. she's smiling (it appears genuinely) and taking the time to at least dress decently and look pulled together while in public. her arms are starting to look toned, as well as her tummy.. if she looks like holy hell then i must look like dog shit when i go out.
I think she looks better here than I have seen her in two years. And I agree with juliana, not her stamp.
She's still a sick puppy, but had a moment of shine here.
I think it looks nice. The raw hem looks like it's supposed to be there, although the glasses and hat are horrble. The belt does eccentuate her belly, but hell she's skinnier than I am! lol!
I think she looks very, very disturb!!
