It's a boy for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. The tyke weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces and was born this afternoon. His name is Liam Aaron McDermott. What'd I tell ya? Congrats Tori and Dean!

It's about time! The poor thing was as big as a barrel and had been prego forever, it seems!
oh that is a lovely picture of her in the wheelchair lol. I heard too everything was cool with her and her mom - it's a shame it took a pregnacy and after Aaron died for it to happen.
I saw a clip yesterday on them done a few days ago. They showed us their bed and breakfast place they are operating. It is so nice and they seem very adorable together. She seems like a really down to earth person (well at least now that she is older lol).
I wish them both congrats and good luck with their new B&B and Baby

I heard her and her mother are making up over the baby.
They should...I can't imagine being estranged from my mom. Life is too precious not to have family close.
I can't believe her baby only weighed 6 lbs something, considering how big she was I would have thought a 9 lb baby would have popped out!

A new baby brings new perspectives to family life. I hope her mom is nice to her. And gives her some $$$$
