Lily Allen the 21 yr old pop ska princess (who I adore) was asked what HER favorite breakup songs were and she listed one as Dolly Partons "Jolene." I agree, it's a great old song, if you knocked the twang out of it, it'd be excellent. So I thought, how fun would it be to post that old song here since a contemporary musician mentioned it?? Then I went and found it and Dolly is live. Dolly live is like a hive of cranky bees in my head. I couldn't do it to you. Here's a link..go torture yourselves. JOLENE...by Dolly.
