Wolfgang Puck needs some real good press after that awful Hep scare and he's managed to find a way to get it. He has banned foie gras from his menu in an attempt to battle cruelty to animals. Good attention seeking aside, it's the right thing to do. Force feeding an intelligent personable goose has always sickened me. I could never eat the stuff knowing how it is obtained. Woolfgang plans to make all his meat products free range from now on to encourage a better standard of animal living and that's pretty cool for the animals. TY Woolfgang, not that I've been invited for dinner lately, but, you're cool with me again.
Sorry, Woolfgang, but, the hottest celeb chef is still Gordon Ramsey, from Hells Kitchen. I'd let him yell at me all night long.

Good for him! I am definitely going to be a fan of his now. He's converted me Anyone who is going to be that aware and a role model gets high praise in my book. I'll be buying his products and let my opinion speak through my wallet.
