Gossip is stirring about the amount of time Courtney Cox is spending with her Dirt co-star Josh Stewart. It seems they really are dating and it's pissing Courneys husband off big time.

Just last week, insiders revealed Courteney, 42, and David, 35, were meeting with lawyers to discuss whether they should stay together for the sake of their daughter Coco, age 2.
Yeah, dating is rough when your married. And it's hard to make people believe you're the perfect couple when you have a boy friend. If they split up, who takes the kid that looks nothing like either one of them?

Could be just a coincidence, but it seems to me that their marriage has been on a downward spiral since David's "strippergate" came to light. In pictures taken of them together after that they seemed to be distant. I know it was a "bachelor" party, but I have to tell you, I was embarrassed for Courtney on that one. What a jerk!

in Court's defense...Josh Stewart is yummy (some of their sex scenes on Dirt were smoking hot)...and her husband is a bit of a dork.
