It's Cate Blanchett playing Bob Dylan in the film “I’m Not There.” Other actors portraying Dylan in the movie (which will premiere next month at Cannes) include Christian Bale, Richard Gere, and Heath Ledger.
It sounds interesting enough, and if any woman can pull off playing Dylan, Cate Blanchett can. Still a little strange though. I think I'd like to see this movie.

He's not effeminant (I was lucky enough to see him 2 decades ago) but he is frail-looking, slight of build. The photo of Cate is dead-on (but can't see her movements, that will be deciding factor whether it works.) I will see this as soon as it's out.
