Joel Madden on drugs and smoking

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Everybody, and I do mean everybody is reaming Joel Madden for talking about his addictions..

"I could be doing heroin. I really could! Like, without cigarettes, I would be doing heroin, probably."

I'm sorry, I just don't think it's that stupid. I kinna know what he means. I know cigs are bad for me, not to mention outrageously expensive now, but, I justify it by saying they're the only vice I have left. Not that anyone cares about my vices, I'm just saying..Joel Madden has a career, he's been very good for Nicole Richie who'd been straight and has gained some much needed weight since she's been with him and they're both doing well. She was a former heroin addict herself. If they both beat it and are doing as well as they seem..props to them. They don't bug me and it wasn't that supid of a thing to say. If I'm wrong, you can ream me in comments.

I agree with him too. I've done quite a lot of drugs in my day but I can curb my need by smoking cigs. I don't do any anymore... but man without my cigarettes to calm me down who knows.

I understand the whole smoking cigarettes deal to help with other bad habits but heroin?..Ive done drugs before but Id never shoot up or snort. I never heard about him doing heroin till now. Cigarettes are a really bad habit but it really keeps you calm an relaxed.

It’s interesting to see that even a boring topic like medicine can capture such media space and have so many words devoted to it. To quote an instance we can mention chantix. Its one of those drugs that almost represents the whole concept of the quit smoking drugs, or rather publicity has made it that. Irrespective of the fact how chantix works or how effective it is it has managed to gain a fair amount of attention and make way to the people’s homes. Thanks to publicity or rather publicity agenda superstardom for a drug was an unthought of concept a few years back. http://www.chantixhome.com/
