I'm holding my breath on this one. I think that the Lohan machine have already started their damage control by sending her to rehab immediately, in order to avoid having to answer any questions. She's a spoiled, selfish, nasty skank.
The anom above me has it right, I believe the same. She is off to a private, restricted rehab. Being a paralegal, that is the only thing she can do to give her defense lawyer reasonalble bargaining power for recommended judgement. This girl is in a great deal of legal trouble. She committed three crimes, 2 of which are serious (1st office DUI being comparably marginal): leaving the scene and posession of a controled substance. (Just because it was not on her person might afford her a lesser judgement for this, but she won't walk away from it).
If she doesn't get jail time (and she might not if she is in a REAL rehab) she will have stiff penalties; and if her party days aren't over, the next trouble she gets into will put her in the pokey for sure.
