Muireann McDonnell, 21, had a steady boy friend, a college student named John Marc Knight who was 22. They were "really good couple", according to friends, and Muireann was a devoted girl friend. Then one day a party was held in a bar across the street from where she worked. Colin Farrell walked in and he and Muireann hit it off. She dumped her boy friend and took up with Colin Farrell because, you know, he's Colin Farrell. John Marc Knight was so devestated he killed himself in his home near Dublin. Muireann is having a hard time coping, friends say.
I don't mean to be disrespectful, I just can't help myself when I hear absurd news, no matter how sad. Couldn't John Marc Knight just find another average looking girl with buck teeth? Am I the only one who doesn't think Colin Farrell is worth leaving your boy friend for?

He IS really attractive, but that is sooooooooooooooooo sad.
The other thing is, after Colin dumps her- because you know if wont last, she'll probably kill herself too...out of guilt.
I've never been a big Colin Farrell fan...to me he is in the same category as Matthew McConnaughey...they're both on the verge of cute, but there is just something a little sleezy about them.
I'm with Anon 3.. I've never been a fan of either. Too caught up in themselves to notice anyone else.

Oh my god... he is SEX on legs. I could never leave my husband because we are sole mates, but it doesn't hurt to look or wonder.
i would leave my boys friend for jonathan rhys meyers, but colin farrell? psych no!
