Cyndi Lauper has finally laid down the law. Britney Spears will NOT be in the True Colors tour. To tell you the truth, the news that Britney would be in that tour bummed me out so much I couldn't even blog it. Cyndi was the cutest of the cute in her day and her music is timeless. Now she's matured into a true diva (and I mean that in the best way.) Britney told her she'd only lip sync and dance so Cyndi gave her the old heave ho. You have to actually perform to get into Laupers tour. YAY! Now, someone explain to me why Britney can't sing anymore and what in hell she thinks she's going to accomplish by being the next Milli Vanilli??

What do you mean "anymore"?. She was never able to sing, and her shit-skit is a bunch of rehashed moves. I am glad that Cindy laid down the law, if she hadn't done it Britney would have taken the quality of the show way down. Her childish strip shows and manipulation of the media clearly satte what her mind has become.

instead of going up she went down the tubes her last performance had cheap ass costume low rent dancers and shitty singing to prerecorded songs.
I knew she wouldn't last. I was just wrong about how quickly her career would be over. It's limped along for almost a decade now. I'm not counting that Mouseketeers b.s.
I am so proud of Cyndi, I love her still, my first album was of her. She is still talented and I'm glad she passed on Britney's shit, which to me is worthless.
Britney is wanting to name her album after the things she misses most; integrity and dignity.
