Hilary Duff got a new tattoo. It's a bow over an H. Does the H stand for Hag? Ho? Hack? Hungry? Heebie Jeebies? She should just ink on some varicose veins because that's what it looks like. Woooo hooo! Gonna be proud of that when you're a big girl, Hil.
