Paris Hilton..back to jail!

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood. Hilton left the courtoom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom.'' What'd I just say?

Paris had to be "physically escorted" out of the courtroom..she didn't go easy this time.

I looked up the penalties for 1st time DUI and driving with a suspended license and the judge was not being unfair or too harsh with Paris. Crabbie, if you see this, I can't believe that idiot who posted on your site comparing me to the mob mentality of Hilter! Damn, pyscho dumbass! Paris got what Paris had coming to her under California law.

I am so glad she had to go back to jail. I think that is why she wasn't being bothered about it, as someone seem to think she could stay what 4 nights and then be able to stay home on home arrest.

For once justice prevailed.

I used to like Greta VanSustren, UNTIL I saw her on Fox saying that Paris needs medical attention because she was "shaking and twitching" in the courtroom (Greta said she was standing about 2 feet from her). Why is it just now we are learning that Paris has these "medical problems" ?? What an f-ing joke, I am sure I would twitching like mad in front of a pissed off judge too - it's not like it's a pleasant thing.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
she sure wasn't shaking and twitching when she was at the MTV Movie Awards or whatever show she was at last Sunday night.
i'd be scared as shit too. lots of people are freaked out in front of a judge ... at least people who don't think they are better than the judges.
I feel bad for her....45 days even the reduction to 25 days is a bit too much.....It was a probation violation...she wasn't driving drunk again she was just driving w/ a suspended licenses!! Trust me i'm the 1st to yell out dirty skank, but i'm also fair and don't think this is......hellooo, aren't there actual criminals tax payers money should be investing in instead of dittzy heiress?
She looked just fine all gussied up for her partay last night. Didn't look ill at all.
If I had pulled that crap and had to go back before that judge I would be shaking and twitching too.
Sorry to break it to ya, but Paris Hilton IS a "real criminal" as defined by California law.
I'm stunned by the number of people who think that drunk driving is not serious. Just wait until someone you care about is killed by someone who is driving while shitfaced, and see if you feel the same way. She is DAMN lucky that she didn't hurt anyone!
I wonder how she looks in prison orange? Does it match her Mystic Tan?
Yup...she is CRIMINAL!
What also is CRIMINAL is that she can afford a DRIVER....and didn't use one. Why don't these spoiled rich kids hire a driver when they are out drinking? If I was still a drinker I would really enjoy having a driver.
No excuses. The sentence fits the crime. It will really wake her boney ass up.
Most people aren't aware the the jail sentence she got because she violated probation TWICE. She was pulled over for driving on a suspended license 1X and given a warning (THAT was preferential treatment in itself), a week later she was driving her Bentley 65-70 MPH at night without her headlights. THEN she was late for her hearing, and very cavalier with the judge.
She deserves all the time she was given
To the anon a few above, yes under state law she is considered a crimial.....under state law in a few states it's against the law to engage in oral sex with your husband, it's against the law to see your husband/wife named after sunset.......you're not a real criminal if you break those laws! Come on, I dislike her too but her sentencing is ridiculous!
driving while under the influence is inexcusable, but don't any of you f'ers (and i use the term f'ers endearingly) tell me you've never driven after LEGALLY having one too many? At one point in our lives i'd ay 98.9 of us have done it....As for driving w/o her headlights on that's a common mistake i'm sure 101% of us have done.
Those don't affect anyone but you and significant other, whereas being on the road intoxicated or without a license affects everyone.
Yes, I think everyone has driven when they drunk too much, however, if anyone was pulled over they would have gotten just what Paris got - that is the law.
Hate to break it to ya Crystal but, NO, not everyone would get the sentence Paris got. I have a friend who got a D.U.I in NJ then moved to LA, CA and was caught driving w/ a suspended license....you know what he got and he's hispanic (you know minorities get the shit of everything) he got sentenced to a few hours of community service.
I can't help feeling sorry for her.
Paris is being treated unfairly. This is ludacris. Back and forth. We're thinking of you Paris.
