Nicole looked fab going to court and Joel came with her. Awwww. She got 4 days in the county jail starting September 28th. But, she got credit for the day she was picked up and will really do three days.
Nicole also agreed that if she kills someone while driving under the influence in the future she will be charged with murder, not manslaughter. Well, that should take care of that. She can't drink or drug until January anyway, according to sources who gave away her due date. BIG YAWN.

We all did or do stupid things in our twenties but I think Nicole will turn out well :)
