Billy Ray is finally tired of the bad press and bitching neighbors and made sure he was photographed picking up after his dog. 'Bout time. The dog looks entertained by the whole deal. I'm still scratching my head that Cyrus or any other dog owner thinks they don't have to do this. When I had big ol' poopin' dogs, the chore grossed me, so I just bought a ratty farm, and moved there. Go poop in the field dogs...if it's good enough for the coyotes, it's good enough for you. Oh, just thinking out loud..sorry. But, man, he's rich, why even live there with all the bitching? He's country, he needs a ranch.

I go thru it with my neighbors & their dogs too ! If it's your dog , you should clean up after it !
It's called consideration ~
you are suppose to take a quick look ever so often at it, to make sure there is no blood or anything in it. But being a dog owner, it is kind of hard not to look when you pick it up - you got to make sure you get the whole lot lol.
