They have caused babies to choke on dislodged crystals, and the crystals may be Swarovski but they still contain lead. Even the diamond ones are Pave' and they come apart. Angelina let Shiloh have one of these creepy things too.

She makes the comment she loves her "even though" she's a ginger kid!?! And anyone with an IQ above double digits doesnt need a recall to see little stones on a child's pacifier can come loose, designer or not. I hate when celebs treat their babies like an accessory.
Exactly. The SECOND I saw these ridiculous things in a magazine I thought "NO WAY...CRYSTALS! Glued on an infant PACIFIER!..."
Then I thought maybe these were supposed to be decorative pieces-- and not intended for use. After all, no one in their right mind would put that thing in child's mouth.
Apparently the average celeb isn't *IN* their "right mind"...
Not only are there crystals on the pacifier, the onesie she's wearing is decorated with them too!!!
Wonder if they can REcall her parents?
