Remember when I put that film on of Britney hitting someones car and then leaving? She's now been charged with one count of hit and run and one count of driving with no license. Yeah, that's right, the crazy bitch not only strolled away from the damage she did to another car, but, she didn't even have a license!!!

I do feel bad for her in a way, ok remember shes only 25, didnt we all fuck up then? She had it all and it overwhelmed her and she made some very bad descisions, starting when she met KFed. Do 25 year olds routinely drive with no license? That is more of a 15 year old stunt, isn't it? I agree that anyone who is willing to go through life as this much of a tit needs a controlling figure. Unless she is declared legally incompetent, however, that's not going to happen.

She is a 25 year old, with 2 children she chose to have. (yes, Brit-Twit, they make pills to prevent that sort of thing. She seems to like popping pills so she could have just washed one down each day with her ecstasy. Or better yet, get one of those patches and reveal it under all your skimpy outfits so all the guys will know you're child-proof, and easy.) She's not a teenager. People need to stop making excuses for her. Take care of your kids and stop dragging them into potentially dangerous situations with the paps.
And take your lazy ass down to the CADMV and wait for four hours, just like everybody else has to do. No, you cannot send one of your lackey's to do it for you. I know this cuts into your Starbucks and shopping, but we all have to make sacrifices.
And when you hit someone's car, there is a simple procedure. If you don't want to leave your information on the car, go into the surrounding businesses and try to find the person or call the police and have them contact the person...and yes, one of your lackey's can do this.
