Just Britney, the art show, opens today in Hollywood. The show features artists inspired by Britney Spears and it looks fabulous! I would have seriously tried to enter something in this show if I had heard about it in time. That's what I get for gossiping and ignoring the art world. Anyway, Chris Crockers work was accepted, so let me assume I would have had a shot. The most interesting piece is the top one by Jason Kronenwald who makes Britney portraits out of chewing gum on wood. That is too freekin' cool and appropriate. You can see more of his work HERE. It's worth looking at.

Those were fantastic peices. I loved some of them enough to hang in my home. He's got talent in the portrait arena.
So, he's very good DD. Are the paintings 3-D? You can't tell by the pics. He's very good, weird medium but very cool. I'd go see his show.
I've always loved that guy. Bubble gum art of bubble gum pop stars.
