Annie was less than impressed by the rowdy behavior of the crowd at the NY charity event..
A witness tells the New York Post's gossip column Page Six, "She got ticked, finished the song, then sarcastically said, 'Thank you for listening' and gave them the finger.
"She said everyone was loud and rude and they should have their five mojitos and 'go see KC and the Sunshine Band if you want to act that way.''
LMAO! Good for her. They didn't deserve Annie Lennox anyway. She's a Goddess. Rude bastards!

Annie is an icon, don't 'f' with her!!
Okay, I just read Richard Johnson's article/Page Six, and I quote: "Lennox was well into her second song when people started clapping as the number seemed to end. Our witness reports: "She got ticked, finished the song, then sarcastically said, 'Thank you for listening' and gave them the finger."
Who the bloody hell does she think SHE IS --that this audience-- who were attending a CHARITY BENEFIT-- must sit silently at rapt attention, fawning and hanging on her every word, note and nuance?
Get over yourself, Annie. This is NOT 1989. Your "heyday" has *lonnnggg* since passed. You should be grateful anyone comes to your performances at all... but rather, your few fawning fans and sycophantic media have somehow convinced you you're God Herself!
Someone needs a reality check... but good.
If that's a picture of "aging gracefully", I'll take plastic surgery, thanks.
i like KC....shake shake shake...shake your boooooottay.......

I must agree that she does indeed look like a lesbian, but thats cool, she seems like a great gal.
First, Annie is 52 and look gorgeous, I saw her face to face last October 11th. That photo is from 2003 during a painful time period. Second, "Anonymous" asks who does Annie think she is expecting an audience to listen to her with rapt attention. WHAT? Besides her having sold 78 MILLION records, won countless Brits, Grammys and an Academy Award (in 2004), ANY artist on stage deserves respectful attention. I'm glad she flipped them off.
