For 1.6 million I'd at least have a shower where I didn't have to set my conditioner on the toilet. It looks like a tiny cave. But, Ash is kind of a tiny troll..still..I'd have to give a big NO thanks to this place.

UGH that bathroom is ugly and the exterior looks a little on the shabby side too.
Well on the bright side if theres one, she's not class conscience or stuck up about her wealth now is she.
Ya gotta remember we're talking Southern California here. Housing prices may have fallen, but it's still insane. I recently bought a condo in the OC (40 miles south of LA) for 750k. 1200 sq feet, 2 br/2 ba and nuthin' special what.so.ever.
Actually, I was surprised at the price of Ashley's house. For that area, 1.6 is a STEAL.
I totally agree with Anon @ 5:41p; Considering the 'no tomorrow' attitude of "Young Hollywood"-- it's refreshing to see that her vast resources haven't influenced her ability to choose a sensible "home-for-one".
I like it. Very down to earth and cozy.
Kinda country kitchen, unprententious & cute for her. Not fancy. Lets not forget this is not her ONLY home! This may just be a hideaway for her when she's in the area, a clothes closet even. In fact she may never even ever live in this place. Maybe she's never seen it herself & someone just thot it a good deal & made the investment for her. Who knows? I like it tho. I'd live there.
I like it and I think it shows that she's down to earth, she doesnt have to have some big fancy decked out digs
Books and cookware. Some ones planning on expanding their horizions. Good for her.
