Doh. A judge threw out Perez Hiltons lawsuit against X17 because it said they had infair wage and labor practices and Perez doesn't work there so wtf was he thinking? X17's lawsuit against Perez for stealing their photos is still pending.
I like Perez (most of the time) but, why can't he just take down photos when someone bitches? It's that easy..they always write you before they sue you..just hit gawddamn fucking delete. Everything's a drama!

Why is this guy still around? Why was he ever *here* in the first place? TMZ certainly fills the need for up-to-the-minute gossip reporting and people who want FUNNY with their gossip know to come here or swing by Crabbie's. (preferably with a crock of warm artichoke dip and a nice bottle of chardonnay)
Somewhere along the line Perez has come to believe he wields a nefarious power (`a la Hedda Hopper) "striking fear in the hearts of celebrities at the mere mention of his name", and capable of making or breaking-- both people and careers.
Yet the only similarity between Hedda and Perez was that she wore ridiculous hats, and he wears ridiculous hair.
Hedda Hopper was a one-of-a-kind... the real deal-- while Perez is merely a wannabe. A wannabe with delusions of adequacy.
I also like Perez. I don't love him and don't hate him.

Reading Perez is a huge waste of time & trying to read comments is just a terrible chore. So, just forget it. Don't even try. Besides all they ever say is "First" & thats it. It's a stupid blog, mostly about him & his antics. He should diet, I mean it's Hollywoood dude. get with it. Fat is not the new black!
