Kevin DuBrow of Quiet Riot was found dead in his home in Vegas on Sunday. The reason for his death hasn't been released yet. I wasn't a QR fan, I was more of a Dokken fanatic, but, Kevin was part of rock history and always funny in his interviews. Sad news for head bangers everywhere. Rest In Peace, Kevin.

Aw Jeez. They had a good Behind The Music thing about 80's hair metal bands. He was intelligent & good looking. Was he ever married? Kids? How old was he? This sucks. I liked that band alot. Cool 80's sh**.
He was interviewed this year and said he had no wife and no children. He said all the women he dated were psychos.
I read sometime ago that he was broke & living with his mom & even had to borrow her car. He's 52 & Totally broke & was scrounging for change for a coin laundrymat. Good thing he never married or had kids, I guess. His star fell from the sky pretty fast. But I don't think he was a bad guy. Just unfortunate financial decisions. Like so many rockers from the 80's. Too much, too fast.

Well Dokken probably had more hits than Quiet Riot, but "Mental Health" and "Cum on feel the noise" Were and still are great songs!
