She's had more plastic surgery than Joan Rivers and she still has hidious eye bags. I've never seen a 50 year old woman with eye bags like that in real life. And she needs to button up, that's not cute anymore. Mel was shopping with her daughter, Stella, at Kitsons. I think all the stars SUV's have a button on the dash that just says "Kitsons" and they push it and nap while the vehicle heads to Robertson Blvd all on it's own.
It's still beyond me what Antonio Banderas sees in her.

Too much plastic surgery & smoking & waaaay too much sun Mel!! It's all her own fault. She was so cute back in the day when she was with Don. Antonio is mad about her! Gawd! He no doubt keeps young chicka's on-the-side tho, his latin culture ia all about that. They all do it. Desi did. The wife has to either accept it or get a divorce. The man will not change for her. It's the latin in them.
Was she sharing cigs with this kid? Lighting her up again? This is another bad example of parenting. Someone needs to make a celeb list of awful parents!
The "other woman" issue has been addressed endlessly with Antonio and Melanie. She has a very serious pathological/obsessive fear that he's going to cheat on her. And she claims she'll leave him immediately if he does.
For his part, Antonio swears he hasn't been unfaithful to Mel-- and won't be. And he's "on the record" with that. They've been married almost 12 years now and IF he had cheated, someone would have undoubtedly stepped forward with lurid stories of illicit encounters. Afterall, 12 years!??
Imagine what a story that could be proven via polygraph exam, letters, photos, emails, etc. would be worth to the tabloids?
I do recall an incident some years ago where a woman alleged something or other with Antonio, but she was quickly proven to be nothing more than an over-zealous fan with psychological problems.
IIRC, one of the tabs polygraphed her and she failed... and needless to say they would have LOVED to have proven hanky-panky on Antonio's part. The potential ruination of a 12-year otherwise happy Hollywood coupling? That's HUGE!!
JMO, but I believe he's been true to her. Believe it or not-- all you cynics, it *is* possible for a man to be faithful... and I think Melanie's a verrry lucky woman!
Melanie is very lucky; maybe she has more to offer Antonio than we realize. Definitely eye is in the beholder because he could have ANYONE he wanted. I don't understand staying with someone so obsessed as Mel; who seems to constantly "follow" him to movie scenes and everything to make sure he is faithful. Is that really the meaning of trust?
You know...she's named after her mother, Tippy Hedron's character in The Birds"? Melanie! Just a tid-bit for your Friday! Have a good one.
She used to be ok in her teens, but she lost her looks in her 20's.
