Nick Hogan..criminal charges filed

Don't worry, Nicky poo, your daddy will have you out of this before the weekend. His lawyers say they can prove it was an accident (aren't all car wrecks accidents?) and Nick wasn't going at high speeds. Umm, look at that car. It's one thing to say, hey, my kids only 17 and he's not too bright and he screwed up. That, I can understand, but, why are these people pretending this kid did nothing wrong? The "tragedy", which will leave his passenger, John Graziano in a care facility for the rest of his life, is being blamed on Johns decision not to wear his seatbelt. In other words, aint Nicks fault. Yep, all this crap will be pushed back farther than Nicks odd receding hairline. Nick will get a new high speed pussy mobile next month. Betcha. I hate rich people and their teenage dumbass kids.

I guess the lesson here is to always wear your seat belt, esp when your driver is drunk and underage. Sucks to be the kid in the coma but...he didn't have to get in the car and not buckle up. That being said, it's hmm just a *bit* of a stretch to place the blame solely on him.

This pic is of a car that caught fire last year, I think it was Hulk's yellow Ferrari. So, this kid has left a firey history with cars in his wake. he's dangerous & a punk & needs some of that Marines buddies to beat his punk-ass. I don't care who his fahter is, he did a bad thing & has to face the music. Lots of kids around have commited vehicular homicide & never see the inside of a jail or even get in trouble, this guy didn't die, so the charges will be even less than zero. Finacially responsibility is all he will get stuck with. & there's a limit to that as well. It sucks but the insurance companies own this country & thats their rules.
