i feel bad for her....her mom is very attractive and bruce isn't a dog, but somehow rumer got the 'bad genes' of both....
what has to suck for her is that plastic surgery couldn't help her...it's the shape of her head...she'd need her skull broke and be reshaped and they don't really do those kinds of surgery (yet)....
They need to shave a foot or two off that chin!
Its not the shape of her head its that her features arent in porportion for her bone structure.
She could have the jawline & chin reduced & reshaped. Nose is oddly shaped & eyes are too small, that worked on would help.
She really is unfortunate & aqward looking.
It's like dogs & cats both make good pets & we love them & they are beautiful. But they can't breed t'gthr, this is whats happened here & sadly Miss Tia is right, there's nothing to do to fix this mis shapen thing of hers. Her eyes can't be moved farther apart, you can't make her a new skull. I mean it's all done, by some freak of nature, I am guessing she was supposed to be a guy but something happened & she became a girl in the womb. She has a dudes head & jaw, like her dads.
You KNOW they've checked into having her 'corrected'. I would think they could tackle the chin, even that would help. Well, if they ever make a Mr Potato Head movie & they need a Mrs, well...there ya' go!
She actually looks quite nice in that photo. I expect you commenters aren't too gorgeous yourselves, so why pick on some poor girl like that?

shes really not all that bad..shes isnt as pretty as her mother, but she isnt butt ugly either! There are many more celebrities that have her beat in the unattractiveness dept, for example...terri hatcher, shes fug, christina agularia,the makeup queen and what about reese's jay leno chin, speaking of chins..lol...and dont forget zahara, rumers prettier than her doncha think???need i go on????

Yes, I think you *should* go on... The people you named aren't ugly at all. One's just a little 'long in the tooth' and the rest have simply taken bad photos from time to time, but what celeb hasn't? And an infant? What sort of example is that?
On the other hand, Rumer isn't even on the attractive scale. She *IS* butt ugly. Putting her in charge of handing out trophies at the GG is a JOKE. I'm totally with Dish on this one, they just cannot have *seen* her.
