Shia was arrested yesterday morning in the windy city outside a Walgeens for being drunk. A chicago security guard asked him to leave but he rrefused and the cops were called. Shia was taken to the police station and charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and posted bond by 7:00 AM.
Walgreens?? WTF? Come on Shia, if you're going to be a bad boy, can't you find a club?

yeah, he's a real badass!!! Busted standing outside a Walgreens Drugstore buzzed. Nobody's gonna care about this in 48 hours from now. No real charges are gonna be filed either. This will totally go away. I like this kid anyway. If thats the worst thing he has done then good for him.
