Katherine Heigl..not a Knocked Up fan
Katherine Heigl says it's hard for her to love her film "Knocked Up", because it's sophomoric and “sexist.”
“It paints the women as shrews, as humorless and uptight, and it paints the men as goofy, fun-loving guys,” the actress — who just turned 29— tells January’s Vanity Fair.
“It was hard for me to love the movie…”
I didn't get that from it..if we are shrews and men are goofy, then that's pretty much the way it is. Everyone seems mad at Heigl for her opinion, but, I couldn't care less. What I want to know is why people are worshipping a comedy that is just what a comedy is supposed to be? How long do we have to rave and kiss ass because someone in Hollywood finally realized that not all of us are brain dead? It's was a decent movie with some good dialog and a plot you could watch without vomiting. Comedy should not be people in a fat suit, people farting in a fat suit, people shitting themselves in a fat suit..or people trying to shove themselves down a chimney in a fat suit while shitting themselves and farting. That's not funny. It never will be. THIS is funny..and tolerable. That's all you should ask of a comedy. It's not a statement or a documentary.
Miss Katherine can now ask 3 million a movie instead of her usual $200,000. Now, that's goofy.

if she thought that about the film why did she do it???
Ahhhh, the best question never asked.
She did read the script before agreeing to film, right? I mean...yeah what miss tia said. Goofy.
I think she thinks very highly of herself now for some reason. In my opinion, she's a mediocre actress at best. She seemed more salt of the Earth back in her Bride of Chucky days.
Bride of Chuckie, now there is a movie that understands women. LOL what a friggin shrew. She should be thankful that knocked up was a hit. Other wise she wouldd be just another blonde tv actress.
